Fox Valley Magazine Wine of the Month
We’re excited to welcome this exceptional non alcoholic sparkling rosé from one of our longtime favorite producers, Catena. Alcohol is gently removed at low temperatures through vacuum distillation to preserve aroma, flavor, and freshness. Natural rose petals are then infused, adding delicate floral notes.
Expect aromas of rose, pear, and citrus, with hints of melon, sweet lemon, and a soft herbal finish. Vegan, gluten free, and just 25 calories.
This bottle is Fox Valley Magazine’s Wine of the Month and will be available by the glass throughout January.
